Originally from the Carolinas, Scott is a naturalized citizen of Costa Rica. He has indepth knowledge of the country and can help you find the right property, wherever it might be located. He specializes in expat consulting to help folks transition to the expat life in Costa Rica and also conducts guided expat tours.
